WINOC
offers its public programs as one of several methods to advance
its non-profit mission to help Ohio organizations to achieve
performance excellence. Part of our mission is to raise public
awareness
WINOC's programs are
tailored for organizations that thrive and survive through
teamwork and cooperation. We encourage organizations to attend
programs in groups, with participants from both upper and
middle-level management, from both operations and support
personnel, and from both management and labor. Through the use
of lecture, group exercises, group discussion, and hands-on
practice, WINOC's program participants gain one-of-a-kind,
focused opportunities to learn, use, and retain the information
presented.

WINOC offers public
programs for the purposes of education and training, such as our
Lean Education Series
and our Labor and Lean
Workshop..
Though our current
focus is on education in Lean practices for manufacturing, we
are also experienced at public education offerings in the areas
of leadership and supervisory training, team leader and
facilitator training, labor and management cooperation,
Baldrige-based best practices, and the application of quality
tools and principles.
These programs are
periodically offered in a public setting but are also available
customized for the client and onsite at the client's location.
